After providing your shop details or once we begin work, refunds are not possible.

3. Refunds for Other Services

For services not yet started, partial refunds may be granted.
Refund amount = total paid minus value of work performed + any costs incurred.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email your request to us and include:

your order/invoice number

your email address

a brief explanation

We will review and respond accordingly.

We may update this policy at any time. The updated version replaces previous versions.
